Established in the year 2000, All Knight Access was founded by Shefik, to further expand client services housed under his New York-based parent company, Knight Entities, Inc. All Knight Access was initially rooted in offering membership to a prestigious mailing list, where patrons were given opportunities to receive either free or reduced admission and VIP access into highly anticipated events and New York City's most exciting venues. Among those featured regularly were nightclubs, such as Exit, Heaven, Limelight, Octagon, Roxy, Sound Factory, Studio 54, and Tunnel. In 2003, All Knight Access unlocked its web presence at www.allknightaccess.com.

The portal is a distinct online community that offers indispensable content to its users. Primarily encompassing relevant resources in all facets of art, fashion, film, Internet, radio, television, and theatre, users are exposed to a vast supply of daily news, insightful reviews, valuable downloads, electrifying events, interactive forums, thought-provoking polls, and more. The content is accessed by the use of diverse passages, which channel the international network of choice. Internal audits for specific user demographics are conducted on a consistant basis, in accordance with strict Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Pornographic content is not permitted on any All Knight Access site.

All Knight Access also provides a variety of enterprise-level services to businesses, which include web development, programming, design, and search engine optimization.

Clients under Knight Entities have included KRB Music Companies; the motion pictures, "The Prodigy" and "The Rev.
